Digital downloads
Because our guides are digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once the download link has been accessed. This is in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations for digital content.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and that your right to cancel expires upon accessing the download.
If something goes wrong
If you experience any issue with your download — including failed delivery, corrupted files, or any technical problem — please contact us immediately at hello@itsrachaelrose.com. We will always do our best to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your purchase.
