Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy Please read before booking. By scheduling a service, you agree to the policies below. 1. Bookings & Payment – All appointments must be booked through the website, – Partial or full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. – You are responsible for ensuring your contact information is correct. 2. Cancellations Life happens. However please honour the container. Sessions may be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice is considered a used session and is non-refundable. This applies to all services including: – 1:1 Support – Hypnotherapy – Collaborations This policy is in place to protect time, energy and scheduling commitments. 3. Rescheduling – You may reschedule a session once with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. – Rescheduling is subject to availability. – If you request to reschedule with under 24 hours’ notice, the session is counted as used. 4. Lateness Please arrive on time. – A 10-minute grace period is offered. – If You are more than 10 minutes late, the session will continue but will end at the scheduled time. – If You are more than 20 minutes late, the session is considered a no-show. 5. No-Shows If You do not attend Your session without notice: – The session is counted as used. – No refunds or rescheduling will be offered. – Continued no-shows may result in removal from support services without refund. This maintains fairness for all clients. 6. Refunds Because services on offer are personalised, all sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds or chargebacks are permitted for: This is compliant with UK Consumer Law for customised and time-based services. 7. Waitlist Policy If a service is full, You may join the waitlist. Waitlist members may receive early access to new openings or programs. 8. Communication & Boundaries WhatsApp support (for 1:1 & Hypnotherapy clients) is available during agreed hours – This service does not provide emergency or crisis support Professional and respectful communication is required at all times. 9. Suitability & Responsibility By booking, You confirm that: – You are emotionally and mentally stable enough to receive support. – You take full responsibility for Your wellbeing and decisions. Rachael reserves the right to decline or discontinue working together if the container is not aligned or safe.
